🏗️ Engineering for Scale

To ensure the longevity and structural integrity of our larger models, we utilize advanced hollowing and splitting techniques:

  • Internal Support: Larger models are strategically hollowed to reduce weight and prevent internal tension during the curing process.
  • Drainage & Cleaning: All hollowed pieces feature discreetly placed, professionally filled drainage holes to ensure no liquid resin remains trapped inside the model.
  • Precision Assembly: For the best printing results and anatomical accuracy, larger sculpts may be printed in keyed sections. We provide initial assembly using high-strength epoxy, leaving only minor seam work and the usual prep for the final custom artist.
